The Hellenic Film, Audiovisual and Creative Media Center – Creative Greece at Beyond Borders

The Hellenic Film, Audiovisual and Creative Media Center – Creative Greece (H.F.A.C.M.C.) participated in the 10th Kastellorizo International Documentary Festival – Beyond Borders with a special presentation of its Audiovisual Sector Outreach Program.

This program, part of the organisation’s updated tools, is designed to strengthen the presence of the Greek film and audiovisual sector across the country, deepen its connection with domestic audiences, and enhance its international visibility.

The initiative is structured around five main pillars:

  • Support for film and audiovisual festivals.
  • Promotion of Greek films at international festivals.
  • Support for the distribution of Greek films.
  • Development of outreach activities through the Creative Hub.
  • Coordinated representation of Greece and its creative works in international and European organisations, networks, festivals, and exhibitions.

The presentation highlighted the comprehensive approach of H.F.A.C.M.C. to cultural outreach, focusing on promotion, education, and strategic networking through innovative tools. The event took place on Tuesday, August 26, from 19:00 to 19:30, at Poseidon Square (Plateia Poseidon).
