Fatbardha

Fatbardha and Niko, an elderly married couple, live in a small house. Niko is immobilized in a single hospital bed. Fatbardha, despite her own mobility difficulties, takes care of them both. As age and illness prevent them from moving around, the couple comes closer and closer through their daily routine, just before they part ways forever.

Director: Kitty Kentezi

Kitty Kentezi, was born in 1994 in the Balkans and currently lives in Europe. She studied Public Administration at Panteion University, specializing in Law and Political Science. At the same time, she attended Stavrakos Film School, focusing on Film and Television, pursuing what she loved most. Since then, she has worked as an assistant director on Greek and international films, series, and commercials, including Sacrifice (by Romain Gavras), House of David (an Amazon production directed by Jon Erwin), and Guest Star (by Vasilis Christofilakis). She has also worked in casting for productions such as So Long Marianne (about the life of Leonard Cohen), Daisy Jones and the Six, and Smyrna, My Beloved (by Grigoris Karantinakis). She is currently preparing her new film titled Angelina, My Love.
