Just Come
by Constantina Liontou, 2026, Greece, South Africa, 21’
Set in Langa, Cape Town’s oldest township, this documentary explores the concept of township tourism from a local perspective. Shaped by decades of apartheid-era spatial planning that still defines Cape Town’s urban landscape, the neighbourhood is now drawing visitors from around the world and establishing itself as a cultural destination within the city. Residents, guides and entrepreneurs discuss the importance of telling their own stories and the challenges of practising tourism within a township.
