A discovery of the incredible musical journey of the great Greek composer Yannis Spanos, from the small town of Kiato, through important collaborations in Paris, and finally to his great success in Greece. Through rare documents and interviews, and through the eyes of a devoted admirer, we explore why Spanos chose to stay behind the spotlight, letting his music steal the show.

Director: Aris Dorizas

Aris Dorizas was born in Athens in 1980. He studied sound engineering and has worked in the music industry and television. Since 2011, he has been the founder and producer at Whatever Productions. He collects records and looks for space to fit them. This is his first attempt at directing.
