Director: James Bradley
James Bradley is a veteran filmmaker with 40 years of experience in writing, producing, directing, and editing documentaries. Known for powerful storytelling and cross-cultural work, he co-directed 50 Years of Silence and directed the award-winning Ochre and Ink. His editing credits include acclaimed Indigenous projects like Radiance and Mr Patterns, for which he won the 2005 AFI Award. He has produced numerous documentaries for ABC TV and taught at leading film schools. In 2019, he received the Stanley Hawes Award for his contributions to Australian documentary. His feature debut Welcome to Babel won the 2024 Sydney Film Festival Documentary Award.
