Masterclass: ARTE – A European Link Between the Creative Community and the Audience

As part of the 10th Beyond Borders, Claudia Bucher, Head of Thema at ARTE, delivered a masterclass on the mission and editorial ecosystem of the European cultural broadcaster. Bucher outlined ARTE’s structure, its various editorial units, and the opportunities it offers to independent creators, with a particular focus on the development of documentaries, fiction, cultural programs, and digital storytelling.

The masterclass provided participants with valuable insights into how they can situate their work within the European cultural landscape and connect with cross-border, independent narratives.
