2025 Awards
At the 10th Beyond Borders International Documentary Festival, a total of 10 awards were presented across two competitive sections—Main and μicro competition sections.
The Golden Wreath of Megisti, which is awarded every year to the best films of Main Competition Section of Beyond Borders, Kastellorizo International Documentary Festival.
It is the exact, handcrafted replica, was found in an ancient tomb (theke) in 1913 and it is dated back to the 4th century BC. It is made of golden ivy leaves, according to the Hellenistic aesthetic standards.
